Postpartum Support

Hands-on help so you can rest, heal, and bond with your baby.

Sometimes you just need a little help every once in a while, that’s where this option comes in. Care can include, but is not limited to:
- Light house cleaning
- Laundry (wash/dry/fold)
- Dishes
- Dog walking
- Baby holding for shower/nap
- Grocery pickup/put away
- Meal prep (does not include groceries)
- Sibling sitter for appointments in first 6 weeks
- Companionship for Mom
Hourly care must be scheduled in 2 hour increments.
Once you depart to welcome your new baby, I will come by to gently clean and tidy the main living areas, kitchen, master bedroom, and bathroom, ensuring that you and your precious little one return to a neat and welcoming home.
The first two weeks after birth can feel overwhelming. You’re recovering, adjusting, and learning a whole new rhythm — and you deserve support every step of the way.
Sacred Starts is your 2-week postpartum package designed to:

This package includes 4 hours of care each day Monday - Friday for the first two weeks following delivery. Available shifts are 8a-12p and 1p-5p.
