Postpartum Support

Hands-on help so you can rest, heal, and bond with your baby.

Sometimes you just need a little help every once in a while, that’s where this option comes in. Care can include, but is not limited to:
- Light house cleaning
- Laundry (wash/dry/fold)
- Light dishes, washing pump parts/bottles
- Dog walking
- Baby holding for shower/nap
- Grocery pickup/put away
- Meal prep (does not include groceries)
- Sibling sitter for appointments in first 6 weeks
- Companionship for Mom
Hourly care must be scheduled in at least 2 hour increments.
Once you depart to welcome your new baby, I will come by to gently clean and tidy the main living areas, kitchen, master bedroom, and bathroom, ensuring that you and your precious little one return to a neat and welcoming home.
The first two weeks after birth can feel overwhelming. You’re recovering, adjusting, and learning a whole new rhythm — and you need support every step of the way.
Sacred Starts is your intensive 2-week postpartum package designed to:
- Help your body heal
- Support your emotional wellbeing
- Guide you through newborn care
- Restore your energy and confidence
This is not just help — it’s intentional care for you, so you can thrive in your new role as a mother.
This package includes 4 hours of care each day Monday - Friday for the first two weeks following delivery. Available shifts are 8a-12p and 1p-5p.
Interested in ongoing care during your postpartum period? I now have a package for you! Every other day shifts for 2 to 6 weeks following delivery. You pick 2, 4 or 6 weeks of support.
- 1st and 2nd week following delivery: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- 3rd-6th week following delivery: Tuesday, Thursday
- 4 hours of care each day listed
- Care includes:
  - Serving mom meals/snacks + hydration in bed/couch
  - Refilling diaper pail + bedside snacks
  - Companionship
- Care can include:
