Hi friend, I’m Josi — your Memphis birth doula, postpartum sidekick, and the girl who’s going to remind you (over and over) that you were made for this.
I became a doula because my heart breaks for the mom who’s been told her body is weak, broken, or incapable without a long list of interventions. That narrative is everywhere in our culture… and it’s just not true.
God designed women with unbelievable strength.
He made your body intentionally.
He knit every part of you with purpose — including the ability to birth.
I’m here to help you believe that again.
As your doula, I’m not just showing up with a birth ball and a playlist. I’m stepping into the journey with you — the nerves, the excitement, the questions, the “can I really do this?” moments. My goal is for you to go from unsure and a little fearful… to standing in a confidence you didn’t even know you had.
By the time your baby is in your arms, I want you to feel unshakeably strong — the kind of woman who says,
“I did that. My body worked. God carried me. And I can do anything.”
And when the postpartum days get tender and vulnerable, I’m right there too — hands-on, heart-open, holding space, supporting your healing, and reminding you you’re not alone for one second.
This isn’t just a job for me.
I love deeply.
I believe what I say with my whole heart.
And when you invite me into your birth story, you’re gaining a doula and a friend for life.
If you're craving a birth experience rooted in faith, strength, and zero fear, I’m your girl.
I can’t wait to walk with you.
